FAQ

• How are the products synchronized?

  By default, Reebelo will import all active products and variants with an SKU. The list can be filtered out by adding the tag publish_on_Reebelo to the product. Note that we synchronize all stock and prices every 15 minutes. So every change the vendor makes on Shopify will be reflected within 15 minutes.
  
  You will be given access to the Cobalt Platform to manage your products and orders. Reebelo team will map the products from your store to our own product database to standardize the images and descriptions. This step can take a few days depending on your number of SKUs.
  
  Note: SKUs must be unique per vendor

• How often do you fetch newly added products?

  We fetch new products everyday at 3AM AEST.

• How are the orders synchronized?

  Whenever an order happens on Reebelo, it is forwarded to the vendor in less than a second. We obfuscate the customer email address to make sure there is no email campaign triggered automatically by the vendor.
  
  Order contains some extra information such as the risk and the Rebelo order number (A123456). This information is important for the automation and for audit log and thus should not be changed.

• How often does the tracking synchronization is trigerred?

  Reebelo will crawl tracking numbers every 4 hours.

• What are the information needed to start API Integration?

  1. Vendor name to be displayed Reebelo's website: This is difficult to change so we advise vendors to provide the final name to Reebelo

  2. API Details: Refer to the instructions under Get Started

  3. Product Conditions Mapping: The Reebelo condition should be added to the product data in order to be mapped on Cobalt. See the list of mapping here
     Note: Vendors are encouraged to include the condition inside the product for easier mapping (e.g. tags, title)

• What are the Reebelo Conditions?

  At Reebelo we use 5 levels to specify the condition of an offer. Here is how we explain it to our customers:

  1. Brand New: (Outside of Consumer Electronics products) comes in its original sealed box complete and free vendor warranty. Exactly what it is - New!

  2. Premium: No scratches, no dents. Brand new look! All devices sold are 100% functional, tested and cleaned. Called as Over stock for some categories on our websites.

  3. Excellent: Light scratches, invisible from 20cm away. All devices sold are 100% functional, tested and cleaned.

  4. Good: Visible scratches and possible dents. All devices sold are 100% functional, tested and cleaned.

  5. Acceptable: Prominent scratches that don’t impact visibility and possible dents. All devices sold are 100% functional, tested and cleaned.

  These descriptions can be found on any Reebelo website by customers.

• How to test the API integration?

  After API Integration, the next step is to test whether the synchronization of products and orders work.
  
  For products synchronization, vendor will update price and stock for a few chosen skus. The latest price and stock should reflect in Cobalt within the next 15mins.
  
  For order and tracking number synchronization, Reebelo will create a test order. Vendor then has to fulfill the order and attach a fake tracking link. Reebelo will observe in Cobalt whether the tracking link is synced to the order.
